Provides 24/7 crisis intervention, assessment, medication, and up to 23 hours of supportive care for individuals in an acute mental health crisis. Services are available for children, youth, adults, and their families. Referrals are made to Crisis Residential Services or inpatient mental health facilities for those needing a higher level of psychiatric inpatient care.

Crisis Residential Services
Provides around-the-clock treatment for people experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Services are voluntary and are contracted through the Progress Foundation. Referrals made through Sonoma County Behavioral Health .

Progress Foundation
Provides Crisis Residential and Transitional Housing for adults and youth. All referrals to for their Sonoma County Crisis Residential House (a 10 bed facility for ambulatory adults experiencing a psychiatric crisis, with an average length of stay being 12 days) must be made through Sonoma County Behavioral Health. Mobile Support Team
Responds in the community by law enforcement request to support people who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis. They provide support, referral, and follow up post-crisis to the individual experiencing the crisis, as well as to family members and loved ones, in an effort to prevent the need for future crisis response.
