Meet the Teacher

Hi there!  My name is Mrs. Carter and I am excited to be facilitating your STEM experience this year.  I have been teaching at CMS for 23 years.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from SIUE and a Master’s Degree in Science Education from Washington University in St. Louis and many continuing education hours in STEM, collaborative and project based learning,  I love to travel and spend time with my family.  My husband is also a teacher and we have two boys:  Declan, who will be 7 years old and Wesley who will be 5 years old in October!
