Hayo Reinders, a language enthusiast, educator, and prolific author, is deeply passionate about languages, learning, and teaching. Sarah Hillyard holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Young Learners from the University of York, U.K. She has been teacher and coordinator at pre-primary level for many years and is now ELT academic consultant for bilingual schools in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lindsay Clandfield is an English teacher, teacher trainer, conference speaker, and author of educational materials for English learners and teachers. Originally from England, Lindsay grew up and attended school in Canada before embarking on a language teaching career in southern Mexico after completing studies at the University of Toronto. Joan Kang Shin, Ph.D. is a Professor of Education at George Mason University and the Director of the Advanced Professional Teacher Development and International Education (APTDIE) Division. She is also the founder and director of the Global Online Teacher Education Center (GOTEC) at Mason. She is an award-winning author and series editor for National Geographic Learning. Her titles include "Breaking Through the Screen", "Teaching Young Learners English", "Our World", and "Impact". She recently published a co-edited volume through Routledge called "Contemporary Foundations for Teaching English as an Additional Language" and a co-authored book through TESOL Press called "The 6 Principles for Exemplary Teaching of English Learners: Young Learners in a Multilingual World". Matthew Ellman works in the Insight Application team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, managing training for teachers, institutions and Ministries of Education around the world. He has worked as a teacher and trainer in the UK, Spain and Malaysia, and has delivered courses, workshops and talks in a further 30 countries. Matthew’s research into teacher education won the British Council’s MA Dissertation Award at the 2018 ELTons, and he is co-author of "From Teacher to Trainer", published by Cambridge University Press in 2022.

Rhona Snelling is an ELT author and speaker. She qualified with International House and has extensive teaching experience. Jair Félix, National Geographic Learning Senior ELT Academic Consultant for Latin America, has a B.A. in TEFL from Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa in Mexico and a Post-Graduate Degree on Teachers’ Development from The College of St. Mark & St. John, Plymouth, UK. Eduardo Candido is a Pearson Academic Consultant and holds a postgraduate degree in Teaching English Language Methodology from UNIFAEL. Mônica is a partner at Troika and is graduated in Letras from UERJ. She holds the RSA DOTE from Cambridge University, a Masters in Applied Linguistics from UFRJ, a specialisation in Teacher Development, Assessment and CLIL from the University of Chichester and Project Management from IBMEC. Mônica has been teaching English since 1984 and, since then, she has worked as a teacher, trainer and developer of teachers, academic coordinator, international examiner, developer of courses and teaching materials, editorial (Learning Factory) and educational manager (Britannia International English and English Culture RJ). I’m an ELT educator, young learners specialist and materials writer based in Brazil.
