Worship Schedule: 8AM - Traditional, 9:29AM - Modern, 11AM - Traditional. Our 9:29AM and 11AM services are available via livestream.

  • Mark and Becky are celebrating their 53rd wedding anniversary

  • Susan and Ed's daughter and son-in-law are expecting a baby girl at the end of August

  • Susan's eye surgery on August 17th went well

  • Friendships, weddings, new beginnings and seasons (from Kim)

  • Carol's cousin Don had successful open-heart surgery. Please continue to pray.

  • Linda's daughter-in-law's return to good health

  • New ministries in our church; those restarting and those newly formed

  • The Valletti family would like to thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers during George's grandmother's illness and passing

  • Jeremy and Colby on the birth of their daughter Jocie on July 30


Pregnancies

  • Jean's daughter Tara - baby due September 17; ultrasound shows a cyst on the baby's ovary


Hospitalized

  • Jean's niece Lacey - ruptured appendix, severe infection, also pregnant


Upcoming Surgery/Procedures

  • Mary "Belinda" - breast surgery August 23

  • Cyndy - foot surgery September 8


Health Concerns

  • Bill - second eye surgery went well

  • Bill and Linda's granddaughter - surgery August 17

  • Helena - intestinal surgery August 7, now home

  • Dan - encompass Rehab in Fredericksburg, hopefully will be home soon

  • Jo - neck surgery August 8 went well, in rehab at The Culpeper

  • Carlee (from Lynn) - brain cancer

  • Maggie - cervical spine surgery August 18, recovering at her daughter's home

  • Emma Lou's son Farrell - heart issues, stint put in at Lynchburg hospital

  • Ann - fell and broke upper part of her arm

  • Kellie's sister-in-law Pam - battling leukemia

  • Kenneth

  • Elvin

  • Dan Jr.

  • Catherine - many health issues

  • Rick - ankle surgery August 1, doing better

  • Betty - pacemaker, now home

  • Ernie - at The Culpeper for almost three months due to a broken shoulder, doing physical therapy

  • Mae - home alone since Ernie's fall three months ago

  • Mike - new doctors, new meds

  • Kim - eye bleed

  • Vernie and Betty (parents of Larry and Sandi) - Vernie has liver cancer, Betty has Alzheimer's

  • Barbara - many health issues

  • Doreen's husband Joe

  • Craig - back surgery August 1, home recovering

  • Susan - right eye surgery August 3

  • Everette and Audrey - The Culpeper

  • Prayers for the children returning to school, may they have a blessed year

  • Cyndy - travel mercies to daughter Kim's home in North Caroline, as well as the ability to go up and down the stairs

  • College students that they remember what they have been taught about Christ and His love for them

  • Mete and Angela's friends mother Margaret - liver cancer has spread to adrenal glands

  • Perri (From Marian) - going through troubled times
