PO forms are filled out and submitted when a club needs to buy something. Some from the club must first use their own money and then must fill out the check request form to get reimbursed.
This form is used when someone in a club purchases something for their club and wants to get reimbursed for that purchase. There must be a PO open prior to the purchase and it must have a sufficient amount of money to cover the purchase.
This form is used to approve any future fundraisers your club wishes to do. No money can be deposited into your club account without approved fundraiser form.
PTSA CLUB GRANT
Branham’s Club Grant System allows any club, big or small, to access funding for projects and activities that benefit the members of Branham High School. Grants will be open to all Branham affiliated clubs if they can meet all requirements and prove they are deserving of funds. Student Club Grant Program Guidelines
