Heidi Carr is the ultimate professional example for our teachers, parents, students, and community. She is an educator, leader as well as an inspiring administrator with the Clark County School District which is the fifth largest school district in the United States. Heidi is currently on the board for CUE-NV, has organized a PLAYDATE Vegas as well as the founder of EduNV on Voxer.
Heidi is an innovator, risk-taker and is always willing to go the extra mile to meet her student’s needs. Heidi is dedicated to her students and school. She believes that all students should have their own individualized plan. She is an advocate for all students and has a passion working with inner-city children. Heidi has collaborated with Nevada State College and Las Vegas Housing Authority where she ran after-school and summer programs in Sherman Gardens and Ernie Cragin Public Housing Complexes.
She grew up in Northern Nevada and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Nevada State College and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from University Las Vegas Nevada.

Kyle Anderson has been an educator for over 13 years, teaching high school social studies for 11 years, then serving as a technology coach, a middle school dean, and a physical education teacher at various schools in Las Vegas and Henderson. Kyle is currently a special education teacher at Carson High School in Carson City. He holds a B.S. in Secondary Education Social Studies from Northern Michigan University, M.Ed from Southern Utah University, and an Ed.S in School Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and will be completing a Master's in Special Education from Western Governors University in 2019. Kyle is a Google Certified Educator, Level 1 & II, an Apple Teacher (Mac & iPad), a Pear Deck Certified Coach, and is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator. Kyle is a husband to Mary and a father to Elsa and Reed.

Margie Zamora has been an educator for over 34 years and just recently retired from the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, NV. While working for CCSD she taught grades K-8, both in the regular classroom and as a technology teacher. She was also an Educational Computer Strategist (ECS) and a Digital Learning Coach at several schools. She spent 9 years working with Administrators, teachers and Support Staff as a Project Facilitator for the Instructional Technology Department at the Curriculum and Professional Development Division.
Margie has been a member and has served on the CUE-NV Board since the late 80’s (when it was known as Computer Using Educators of Southern Nevada). She has served as an elementary representative, secretary, president, past president and was just elected treasurer. So even in retirement, she stays involved with this awesome group of innovative technology minded people!
She graduated with a BA in Elementary Education from New Mexico Highlands University in the other Las Vegas, earned her first Masters in Computer Education from NOVA University and a second Masters in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. Tanya Ely has been an educator with the Clark County School district for over 17 years. During her career she has been a teacher of students in grades K-8, a PDE instructor, and an Educational Computer Strategist (ECS.) Her current assignment is teaching junior high school STEAM classes.
Tanya is a Google Certified Educator, holds a Master's Degree in Technology Integration, received her Bachelor's Degree from UNLV, and is a proud graduate of Chaparral High School. She grew up in Southern Nevada and has a desire to see the students in the Nevada school system succeed in reaching their dreams.
