ELIGIBILITY:
Scholarship is open to all high school seniors who reside in Connecticut and who intend to graduate from high school in May/June 2026 and who plan to pursue an environmental curriculum at a college/university in the fall of 2026.
REQUIREMENTS (All of the below must be included to be considered):
1. Minimum 3.0 (out of 4.0) Grade Point Average (GPA).
2. Completed application form.
3. A resume outlining academic and extracurricular accomplishments.
4. A cover letter detailing reasons for applying for this scholarship and what inspired you to want to study the field of environmental science.
5. Record of transcript.
6. One letter of recommendation from an academic/extracurricular associate, addressed to CTWEA. References provided by associates related to STEM academics/activities will be given preference.
7. **Only applications submitted as one single combined PDF file will be reviewed. Please do not submit as separate uncombined files or documents. This will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed by CTWEA. **
