Accessory Warehouse

Eligible applicants are graduating high school seniors who have applied to and intend to enroll in an accredited college or university for the upcoming fall semester, or who plan to pursue post-secondary education or certification in a skilled trade (including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, or other vocational programs). 

On a separate sheet of paper please provide the following: 

1. SCHOOL ACTIVITIES 

2. AWARDS 

3. EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES 

4. WRITE A SUMMARY OF YOUR INTERESTS AND THE PROGRAMS YOU PLAN TO STUDY 

5. INSTITUTION TO WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED OR  INSTITUTION YOU HAVE APPLIED TO AND ARE AWAITING AN ANSWER 

APPLICATIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 1, 2026
