The competition consists of two phases, 1st Phase: Submission and *2nd Phase: Presentation.

1st Phase: Submission

• Deadline：November 23, 2018.
• Finalists Announcement：The finalists will be announced on the official website on November 22, 2018. The participants will also be notified by email.

2nd Phase: Presentation

• Date and Location : December 22, 2018 (provisional). The location will be announced later.

*The winners of the first phase will be qualified to enter the second phase of the competition.
