Create and embed self-assessment opportunities in the teaching and learning processes in order to stimulate the development of autonomy and responsibility. Involve teenage students in this process.
Student self-assessment is used as a tool to give teachers a clear idea of what the student already knows (diagnostic). Also, students learn to use self-assessment to be able to see their own development over time. This process would give adult students a greater sense of achievement, keeping them motivated and energized to continue their studies.

Create a culture of self-assessment among students by having them engage in a variety of self-assessment and self-reflection techniques throughout the semester. The purpose would be to make learning visible for students themselves and facilitate a sense of accomplishment among them.
