Make room for risk-taking among teachers by having them plan and facilitate innovative lessons.
All teachers will try the new observation format (experimental classes). We would not have the traditional observation report form for 1 semester to encourage all teachers to begin innovating right away and understand that it is now a school policy. New teachers would still have coaches to guide them for one year.

- We need the course coordinators and academic superintendent to greenlight these two ideas.
- We need to review the goals of each course to focus on the most important topics and eliminate some of the content to be tested.
- We have to start selecting coursebooks that allow more freedom for experimental classes.
- We need to make all necessary changes in the schedules and tests. We need to have a repertoire of ideas to help teachers who might have a hard time coming up with these new experimental/innovative classes.
