APPLIED GOOGLE SKILLS | LEVEL 1

We are happy to announce another VISION 2020 professional development opportunity this semester: Applied Google Skills | Level 1. The course will take place both online and face-to-face (blended). Face-to-face encounters will take place every other Friday, alternating with weeks when participants will engage online on a Google Classroom created for the course.

There will be a total of 8 face-to-face encounters, which will take place at the Asa Sul Resource Center, every other Friday, from 8h30 to 10h am.

By the end of this course, teachers will have learnt about digital literacy in the classroom, will be able to integrate Google tools into their classroom practice and will have gained theoretical input on Google Tools. Teachers are expected to be able to become Google Certified Educators at Level 1.

On the last face-to-face encounter, we will run a Google Certified Educator Level 1 Bootcamp. Teachers will engage in Bootcamp challenges in the morning and take the Google Exam in the afternoon.
