SUMMARY OF COMPLIANCE

RECOMMENDATION 1  

It is highly encouraged that the office of the Guidance Counselor must be spacious enough to accommodate more than 2,000 and increasing number of enrollees specifically to cater Guidance Services like group process, group counselling and the conduct of psychological test. The need of testing room is also necessary aside from counselling room.

The purchase of filing cabinets at the Guidance Office is needed to ensure and safeguard the confidentiality of student records.

To attract more students to avail of the ladies’ dormitory, necessary repair is needed if construction of a new dormitory is not possible.

For speedy checking of documents, proper arrangement is recommended like start filing documents from the latest to previous with proper highlight of important details.
