Multicultural Leadership Orientation (MLO)

This five-day orientation session is designed to provides new incoming students an opportunity to strengthen leadership skills, explore and expand their understanding of social justice topics and build lifelong relationships with other new and returning CSS students. Students also get to meet staff and faculty who will provide workshops to help prepare them for the transition to college and academic success. This program is run primarily by current CSS students and is supported by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

50 incoming students participated in MLO 2018. The week involved student-led social justice workshops.
