Welcome to the CSP Student Blackboard Help site! The purpose of this site is to provide students support and information regarding Blackboard and your Online CSP learning experience.

To use Blackboard, please follow these instructions:
Use Chrome or Safari as your browser.
Go to csp.blackboard.com
Enter just your username; don't enter the "@csp.edu" part of your email address
Enter your network password (same as your Gmail password)

To use your email, please follow these instructions:
Open Chrome
Go to google.com
Go to the upper right corner and click on the Sign In Button
Enter your CSP email. (username + @csp.edu)
Enter your network password. This is the same password as your blackboard password.
Log in.
Once you are in please be sure to set up your Two-Step Verification

After logging into your google account click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Once the pop-up menu opens click on Manage Your Google Account.
On the left side click on the Security page.
Scroll down to the Signing into Google section.
Turn on 2-Step Verification and follow the prompts for set up.
Here is how to clear your cache in Chrome:
On your computer, open Chrome.
Type Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
and Safari:
In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy, then do any of the following:
Prevent trackers from using cookies and website data to track you: Select “Prevent cross-site tracking.”
Cookies and website data are deleted unless you visit and interact with the trackers’ websites.
Always block cookies: Select “Block all cookies.”
Websites, third parties, and advertisers can’t store cookies and other data on your Mac. This may prevent some websites from working properly.
Remove stored cookies and data: Click Manage Website Data, select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.
