Sacred Heart Greenwich's Google Single Sign-In
with the IXL app using an iPhone or an iPad

To use Sacred Heart Greenwich's Google Single Sign-In with the IXL app using an iPhone or an iPad, IXL suggests that you follow these steps to add the Sacred Heart Greenwich custom domain to the app settings.

If using an iPhone:

1. Tap the Settings icon on your phone.

2. Search IXL in the search bar at the top.

3. Tap next to Custom Sign-in to type "shg", our school's custom domain.

4. Navigate back to the IXL app to sign in (our custom domain should appear in the username field).  

5. Type in your child's username (at the @shg site) and password, and you should be brought to the "Recommended for you" screen.  

6. On the lower right side of the screen you should see the icon for, and the words, "skill plans".  Your child should now be able to use the IXL app.  

If using an iPad:

1. Tap the Settings icon on your home screen.

2. Tap IXL in the left menu.

3. On the right side menu, tap Custom sign-in @.

4. Enter our school's custom domain ("shg").

5. Navigate back to the IXL app to sign in (our custom domain should appear in the username field).  

6. Type in your child's username (at the @shg site) and password, and you should be brought to the "Recommended for you" screen.  

7. On the screen you should see the icon for, and the words, "skill plans".  Your child should now be able to use the IXL app.
