Under guidance of the Center for Disease COntrol and Prevention (CDC), strict regulations will be followed to protect the safety and health of all volunteers. The following is the procedure in place for the Face Shield Assembly Project volunteers.
- Location: NBHS 110 Mill Street
- One entry point: East side of building (pool side - greenhouse)
- You will be greeted by a volunteer nurse to conduct a questionnaire
- After questionnaire, you will be guided to a washing, sanitizing area
- Signage and distance tapes will be visible outside and inside
- No food or drinks allowed in the building with the exception of plastic water bottles
- Adherence to all rules and regulations set forth on site and in agreement is essential
- If you are working a double shift, we ask that you eat and break in your car versus any common areas
- Upon re-entry, you will be asked to sign in again and proceed to washing and sanitize area before enter the gym
- Gloves will be provided, we are looking for safety glasses but recommend if you wear or have any regular glasses to wear them
- There will be no "walk-ins". All volunteers and employees must register via SignUpGenius. (very important so we can manage workflow and social distancing)
- Please share the SignUpGenius with friends if they wish to volunteer
- Instructions for each station will be posted on working tables
- If we can not fill each position within an assembly line, we may ask you to fill in the gap
