PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Upon entering the campus, you are required to scan your BacTrac ID (Bacolod City Covid-19 Contact Tracing System).
If you don’t have the BacTrac ID, the security personnel will ask you to fill up the Visitor’s Health Checklist Form and drop it to the box provided.
We encourage you to bring your own pen.
When you come to school to enroll, pay for your tuition fees and process other school documents you are directed to dress appropriately befit for academic environment. The following are NOT ALLOWED: Sleeveless, halters, tube, spaghetti, hanging and body hugging, dresses/blouses with plunging neckline or bareback and short shorts.
