ONLINE Enrollment for COLLEGE- rEGULAR STUDENTS
NOTICE
(TO ALL OLD STUDENTS)
PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT YOU HAVE TO FULLY PAY ALL YOUR OUTSTANDING SCHOOL FEES FOR CLEARANCE PURPOSES, GRADE VIEWING AND ENROLLMENT. PLEASE BE GUIDED ACCORDINGLY. THANK YOU.
1. Pay any outstanding balance (if there is).
2. Ensure your subjects are tagged in your AIMS account.
For regular students, please proceed with self-tagging of subjects.
For irregular students, kindly seek assistance from your Area Heads (face-to-face subject advising).
3. Complete evaluations for your teachers from the 1st semester, SY 2023-2024.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in difficulties verifying your enrollment.
STEP 1: SELF-TAGGING (Registration)
Log-in with your AIMS account at www.student.csab.edu.ph
Click the REGISTRATION tab and Select your SECTION
Click the SUBJECTS TO BE ENROLLED (tick the radio button on the 1st column)
Click the ASSESS button to save your subjects.

STEP 2: SUBJECTS VERIFICATION
For Regular students, you may not need to personally verify your subjects as the enrollment officer will be responsible for checking the tagged subjects. After tagging your subjects, you can pay the required downpayment online. Unless you have plan to pay the enrollment fee directly to the school's teller (onsite payment), you need to proceed to Window#14. However, the school encourages students to pay their enrollment fees online to minimize waiting in lines.
For irregular students, please proceed to your College/Dean's Office or seek assistance from your area chair regarding the subjects you need to take.
STEP 3: UPLOADING OF PROOF OF PAYMENT
If you plan to make the payment directly to the school's teller (onsite payment), kindly ignore STEP 3 and 4.
If you choose to make an online payment, please click the button below to upload the proof of payment.
(The school encourages students to pay their enrollment fees online to reduce waiting times and minimize queues.)
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
We will send a confirmation email once you are officially enrolled. Alternatively, you can check your enrollment status in your AIMS account. Click on the 'GRADE' tab and verify if your tagged subjects are already reflected there (2nd Sem, SY 2023-2024).

PROCEDURES USING BDO PAY APP (BILLS)
PROCEDURES USING GCASH:
1.Send payment via GCash;
2.In the MESSAGE portion, write the name of the STUDENT and ID NUMBER;
3.Take a screenshot of the SUCCESFULLY SENT template;
4.Email the screenshot to accounting@csab.edu.ph stating your complete name and the purpose of payment.
It is advised that email must be sent on the same day of GCash payment for immediate validation of payment.
