Types of Papers
There are several types of papers across the subfields of CSE. While Assignment 3 focuses on reading original research papers published at selective conferences, undergraduate researchers are encouraged to read other types of papers. You might especially benefit from reading literature surveys to get an overview of a topic or vision papers to get a sense of open problems. Some examples of literature reviews and vision papers are given below.
