The Introduction to NLP Symposium
April 2022

This symposium showcases exciting Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects done by students at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. The event will take place remotely over Zoom on April 25, 2022 from 4 - 6 pm EST.


No prior experience or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or NLP is required. We welcome all curious minds interested in knowing more about NLP :)


Registration Information:

We will email you the Zoom link for the event a few days before the event. If you don't get an email by midnight April 24th, please check your spam folders. If you still cannot find it, please send us an email at nlpsymposium2highschool@gmail.com

Registration is free but the number of spots is limited. If we get more applications than we can accommodate, we will select applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis for attending. We especially welcome applications from women and students from underrepresented backgrounds in Computer Science.


Highschool attendees:

If you are a high school student, the registration link is here. We require you to complete, sign and upload these consent forms with your registration form. Your registration will not be considered complete unless we receive your signed consent forms.
