I am currently a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, working under the supervision of Prof. Sudip Roy. My research topic primarily focuses on developing algorithms for the automation of sample preparation on micro-electrode-dot-array (MEDA) digital microfluidic biochips. I have also worked on developing algorithms for reliable placement and fluid-loading problems for MEDA biochips and programmable microfluidic devices (PMDs).

Area of Interests: Algorithm Design and Optimization Techniques, Microfluidic Biochips, CAD for VLSI, Computational Geometry.

If you are interested in the domain of design automation for microfluidic biochips and have any relevant queries, please feel free to contact me at dkundu@cs.iitr.ac.in. I'll do my best to respond promptly.

Thank you for visiting. Have a nice day!
