Services & Pricing

My full service fee is $500 per closed fille per side of representation. This fee includes everything standard from Contract to Close and in addition:

• Connecting MLS with new Listings and ensuring all required information is input into ZipForm/Other Compliance Software

• Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy

• Opening Escrow

• Obtaining a Preliminary Title Report and ensuring it is clear of any liens

• Sending of all required disclosures to the sellers and sending to the buyer according to contract deadline

• Ordering NHD Report

• Obtaining Termite Reports/Clearance/Home Inspection Reports per RPA

• Introducing myself and coordinating with all parties throughout the entire transaction

• Reviewing Inspection Reports, writing up (RR) Request for Repairs(per Agent's verbiage and authorization), obtaining required signatures and sending to the Listing Side

• Typing up AVIDs and obtaining required signatures

• Typing up any required Addenda and obtaining required signatures

• Managing contingencies and key dates

• Ordering Home Warranties per Buyer contract

• Coordinating with Escrow on delivery of HOA documents to Buyers

• Coordinating with Escrow on obtaining information for any leased items on the property

• Ensuring all contract requirements and signatures are completed

• Managing compliance

• Cleaning C.A.R. ZipForm/Other Compliance Software and archiving any Non-Executed documents no longer needed

• Auditing file, ensuring all documents are fully executed, checking documents against broker checklist, providing google drive link of the completed file to you(or other method of delivery you prefer), and PDF copy to clients if they would like.
