Humanitarian Aid

If you would like to send or receive teams and resources to help Ukraine and neighboring countries during this crisis, please email Giannis Gargas at j.gargas@agape.gr. He will connect you to the right people and resources to help in our most needed areas of working with Agape Europe/Cru staff, refugees, and humanitarian aid at the borders.

For working with GAiN, based in Europe, please contact

The outpouring of response for people wanting to help Ukrainians has been significant. However, near the borders there are so many volunteers that they are actually hindering caring for refugees.

At this time GAiN is currently only recruiting skilled relief workers, meaning those already trained in disaster or humanitarian crisis response. This will ensure that their work truly blesses those they are serving. In the future they will need untrained volunteers, especially as the global consciousness of the crisis fades but long term needs for humanitarian aid for Ukraine still remain.

If you, or someone you know has specific training and is looking for ways to serve, send them to https://gainworldwide.org/. On this webpage you find links to the national GAiN offices, select the nearest national office and use the contact option to share your training and availability.
