Click here. Two guys, stranded on a deserted island, debate whether to wait or take matters into their own hands. Is it really such a bad idea to “take the plunge?” Use this humorous video illustration to teach the importance of waiting for sex until marriage.
This is a great little video that talks clearly and boldly about how the sex affects your brain chemistry. Preview before you show it to your students to make sure it’s appropriate, but we think this is a great video to use in a frank discussion about sex.
Tell the students the first one to raise their hand and answer a Bible question can have a cookie. Make the question super easy to make sure they get it right. Cheer for the winner! Now tell the winner there’s one catch. The cookie must pass through everyone’s hands once before they can have it. Explain when the cookie is passed to them they can do anything they want to it but break it or wet it. They can lick it, put it on their shoe, under their arm etc. When it finally gets to the person who won it, they will probably pass for good reasons. Talk about God’s design for sex as everyone enjoys an untouched cookie designed just for them.

From our friends at the resolution movement comes this great 5-day Bible reading plan that you can do with your students. This one is on overcoming porn. Use it to help your students learn how to find the answers to their problems in the word of God.
Click here. In this parody of a scary movie, one couple is haunted by an unknown horror. No matter where they run or what they do, the consequences of their actions stalk them. Click here to use this clever video illustration when teaching purity in relationships.
Click here. A funny video that uses the analogy of swimming with sharks to talk about the dangers of sex outside of marriage. There’s not a lot of serious content here but it could be a lighthearted way to start the conversation.
Click here. A hilarious short film on bad habits and addictions (like pornography) using sweet juicy Twinkies as a metaphor.
Things when taken apart (relationships, reputations, etc.) aren’t as easily put back together as it may seem. Have a team peel and cut up a banana into equal parts. (Don’t tell them what comes next until they’re done.) Then tell them they must put the banana back together using pins, needles, tape, or whatever. The team with the best-reconstructed banana wins.

God wants to make something beautiful of the brokenness in our lives as we submit to his design. It may look a little funny, but it’s worth something to Him and He can still use you! All you need is a bunch of junk! Get a special trash bag and label “For Game”. Have your staff and parents collect a bunch of their old junk (empty cans, broken toys, boxes, empty toilet paper tubes, etc. Divide into teams. Give each a little bit of trash and one roll of duct tape and some markers. They have five minutes to create the weirdest, funniest, artistic sculpture out of the junk. The winning team gets a prize.
Get your group in a tight circle and tell them to grab the hand of two different people NOT standing next to them (each person will be holding the hands of two different people- the circle will look like a tangled mess). They must not let go of either of these peoples’ hands. Now the task is simple… just untangle without letting go. It’s possible but very difficult. Drives home the point that we need God’s redemption and healing to untangle from the connections of sexual sin with others.

This video about a meerkat bitten by cobra provides good parallels on healing, relationships, overcoming. You’ll need to make the connections for your students though, as they may not be obvious.

Milk Chocolate and Bitter Chocolate. Tell the students you have chocolate for them today, but they have to choose which kind they want. In the first bag, you get 1 piece. But, in this second bag you get 2 pieces, but at a cost. After everyone has chosen, Ask: How do you feel about your choice? What other choices have you ever made that were a disappointment to you? Give everyone a square of sweet chocolate. Say: Let me tell you about a very important choice we all have to make. (Read aloud Deuteronomy 30:19 and/or John 10:10.) How can people choose the life Jesus promises?
