National Conference Operations

We want to help you create an atmosphere where people can take their next right step with God. We know you have something that God wants you to do and we want to help how we can. With our limited capacity in this new organization structure we hope to resource and help for all to see God move how He is leading them.

National Conference Operations Team personnel-led meeting

Defined as:

1. National in scope [national chartfield and promoted nationally to a broad audience].
2. Over 50 room nights [total nights for which you require lodging. See below.]

Total room nights = Amount of rooms x Amount of nights

We can provide: Conference planner and/or tech production staff, usually present onsite.

National Conference Operations Team personnel-led Small meeting

Defined as:

1. National in scope [national chartfield]
2. Fewer than 50 room nights.

We can provide: Conference planner/tech production staff usually not present onsite.

Small gathering/meeting resourced

Defined as:

1. Not national in scope. For example:
   1. Small/cohort level gathering.
   2. Local level mobilization event.
   3. Campus spring break
   4. Summer Mission

We can provide: Conference in a box resource as well as a Venue Resource Guide/Discount Links.
