Cru missions and events can present a range of potential legal liabilities to the ministry depending on the type of activity. As a result, liability releases are required for mostevents. They are not required for regular weekly meetings, Bible studies, etc. - unless there is some kind of recreational activity involved.

Email Logging Large Events
On the "Cru Event Release Creator" Form, click "Large Events". Below is the information about how to have the Release Forms automatically placed into a subfolder in your email account:
If you have large events and you want to track your completed releases, a Google log sheet is a great option. This is especially helpful if you do not want your event emails showing up in your main inbox. This will cause them to collect in a subfolder for access.
This linkwill provide a Google sheet with automation built in to help you manage your event. As participants fill out releases online, you will receive copies to your supplied email address.
Follow the instructions provided on the sheet to set up a Google log. We would recommend that you first test the link you will receive in the confirmation email. This will show you the format of the email you will receive as the trip administrator as well as what the participant receive.
