Restart the Chromebook This is the number one Chromebook solution. Please note that just closing the Chromebook does not restart it.
Charge the Chromebook - Plug the Chromebook into a working power outlet. - Charge for at least 15 minutes before device is restarted.
Verify your wireless connection - If you are at a school building you will be connected automatically to the CRSchools wifi/wireless network.
-If you are away from school double-check that you are connected to a wifi/wireless network.
