Crypto.com Login Issues:  Cancel My Crypto Account?

To close your account, ensure it has:

• No remaining or outstanding Crypto.com Visa Card Balance

• There are no current CRO stakes or lockups.

• There are currently no active Crypto Earn keywords.

• There is no allocation in the Supercharger.

• There are no available UpDown or Strike Option positions.

If you have Spending Power enabled, please contact Customer Support to disable it before terminating your account. It is suggested that you download your transaction history for tax purposes, since you will lose access to it indefinitely if the account is deleted.

If you have followed all of the actions indicated above, select Settings > Account > Account Closure to terminate your account.

How Can I Unsubscribe From Crypto.com Emails?

If you have closed your account and are no longer interested in receiving promotional emails from us, please select the "unsubscribe from the list" or "update subscription preferences" link that is located in the footer of any future email correspondence.

Automatic Top-up of the Crypto.com Visa Card

The Auto Top-Up feature allows cardholders to automatically top up their Crypto.com Visa Card by selecting cryptocurrencies from their crypto wallet. These cryptocurrencies are subsequently converted into an eligible fiat currency of their choosing and transmitted to the Crypto.com Visa Card. 

The card balance threshold at which the Auto Top-Up should be activated and the top-up quantity of each Auto Top-Up can be configured. 

When the Card balance falls below the specified threshold following a purchase, withdrawal, or transfer, Crypto.com will automatically add the specified quantity of eligible fiat currency to the Card, provided that the instructions have been established. At any moment, the feature may be updated or disabled.

Crypto.com Login Issues: Reset My Two-factor Authentication

You will need to contact the customer service team if you lose your device, facing Crypto.com login issues or can't get into your authenticator app. 

When you cancel your 2FA, the system will no longer recognize your old login key. The "Unsettled" state of the 2FA area in the "Security" tab of "Settings" will return. To set up 2FA again, you can choose "Set Up 2FA" from that point on.

When using Crypto.com Pay to make a payment request, you need to include the amount and currency. Your prices for goods and services are given in that currency, which is also known as the selling currency. 

Crypto.com Pay figures out the exchange rate between the currency used for price and the coin that a customer chooses to pay with, and then charges the customer the right amount. Because of this, the price currency is often only used as a guide and has nothing to do with the real deal.

Currencies For Payment

Cryptocurrencies that your customers can use to pay are called "payment cryptocurrencies." If the currency chosen for payment is different from the currency used for price, the customer will be prompted to convert the amounts. The exchange rate will be based on the market rate at the time of payment, and Crypto.com login issues will not charge any extra fees. If the price currency and the payment currency are the same or similar, there is no need to convert them.
