Kat Wiebe, B. Ed., is a Success Coach at Elizabeth Rummel where she teaches all the students about their well-being and how to handle life's (inevitable) challenges. Put up your hand if you've never had a problem! Learning to understand and name our emotions and feelings (sensations in the body) -- and then listen! -- can help us know what to do when we are feeling dis-regulated and uncomfortable. Mindfulness also contributes to our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. I look for people and situations that make me laugh, what a great feeling!
