Croydon Hills PS Appointment Checklist

1. Ensure session time(s) has been approved through Classroom Teacher and Parent/Guardian consultation.

2. Book space and session time(s) through our online portal (below).

3. Ensure Working with Children Check (WWCC) photocopied by office staff.

4. Fill out CHPS Visitor Registration.

5. Sign rental agreement and confirm payment of room rental for the term with Administration Team (beginning Term 3, 2026)

Space/Room Bookings

5. • Unfortunately the system doesn't allow for recurring bookings. Please book your first session and then see the Admin Team in person if you would like to discuss a weekly recurring booking.

   • 3 Rooms Available 

     • Allied Health Support Room (Largest room with desk, table and floor space)

     • Pod Support Room (Smaller room with table and floor space)

     • Middle School Support Room (Medium room with table and some floor space)

     • Classroom Observation / Assistance Session

5. • Morning Block

     • 9:00 - 9:50 (Session 1)

     • 9:50 - 10:40 (Session 2)

     • 10:40 - 11:30 (Session 3)

     • 11:30 - 12:10 (Recess Break)

   • Afternoon  Block

     • 12:10 - 1:00 (Session 4)

     • 1:00 - 1:50 (Session 5)

     • 1:50 - 2:40 (Lunch Break)

     • 2:40 - 3:30 (Session 6)
