Create a personal Seesaw account.
District-provided Google account.
Google Slides lesson or PowerPoint uploaded to Google Drive
If you plan to use Google Slides in your class, you will sign into Pear Deck using Google login and your CISD email address.
If you plan to use PowerPoint Online in your class, you will sign into Pear Deck using Microsoft login and your CISD email address.
You'll submit an artifact and share your reflections to showcase what you've learned.
Setup your Pear Deck account
District has purchased the Premium version for all teachers.
Sign in with Google using your CISD account.
Add the Pear Deck add on to Google Slides.
Create a Pear Deck lesson or edit a pre-existing slides and interject a minimum of 3 resources.
Hint: Create a new slide that contains just your question instead of a slide with your information on it.
Start a Student Paced Session
Add the JoinPD code to the Google Form for credit.
Add the direct link to your Session.
Be sure to keep the Student Paced session turned ON for review.
Hint: Close the session window but do NOT end it.
