Crossroads Teen Centre is open to any learners in high school between the ages of 12 and 21. A small joining fee of R50 is charged, which enables teens access to all programs available at CrossRoads, and to ensure that Crossroad is accessible to learners from all backgrounds.

AWOL (a work of love)
Awol Team @ Crossroads
AWOL (A Work Of Love) is an annual event where approximately 200 school going teenagers camp in Empangeni. The teens come together and build relationships as well as receive practical and spiritual input that equips them for life. They also share God's love in the community of Empangeni, Richards Bay and surrounding areas by tackling various projects or outreaches that are organised and run by the local churches – a work of love.

Camp objectives was to help our leadership team develop or for some sharpens these crucial skills we believe are of utmost important, these are Effective Communication skills, Speaking and Listening skills in small and large groups, also Group Work, Goal Setting, Decision-Making techniques and also to lean about deferent leadership styles. Organisational skills teens understand the value of delegation and accountability also Time Management and Problem Solving skills, Self-Awareness, dealing with criticism and praise, self-care related to stress, failure and success and a Godly leader.
