¡Hola! My name is Sarah Basar, and this is my second year teaching at CLMS. Originally from Lake Orion, MI, I began my Spanish studies in ninth grade and continued through my teaching degrees at Western Michigan University. My personal experiences in Spain and Costa Rica have expanded and enhanced my admiration of the Spanish language and culture, which I hope to share with students and families.

I am excited to be working with eighth graders in their pursuit of Spanish through reading, writing, speaking, listening, and cultural awareness.
