Goal: Students develop meaningful knowledge and skills while gaining hands-on experience in a career field of interest

Time Commitment: 60-120 hours of student internship hours plus preparation time  

Format: In-person or virtual

Preparation: Develop a longer-term project and training process that helps students learn new knowledge and skills in a field of interest and also benefits employer and/or community

Frequency: Internships can happen over the summer or during the school year after school hours
