We will not be able to admit students to Crocker Schools who have not shown proof of the following:

1. Every student must have one dose of MCV (Meningococcal) vaccine to enter the 8^thgrade.

2. Every student must have 2 doses of MCV (Meningococcal) vaccine to enter the 12^thgrade, unless the 1^st dose was administered at age 16 or older; in which case, they will only need one dose to enter the 12^th grade.

These requirements are in addition to the statutory immunization requirements already in place. Please call your doctor and arrange to have these vaccinations so that we can admit your student to Crocker Schools.
