CRI CAMPUS

8-10 RUE CHARLES V, PARIS 4

WELCOME TO THE NEW CRI CAMPUS !

Since 2005, CRI’s activities have known an exponential growth and a significative diversification. Today, these activities range from the childhood education to long life learning. This development has come with a institutional recognition as well as an increase of number of students, researchers, and partners, companies and civil society.

In a few years, CRI spaces have moved from a coffee room to a half of level at Medicine University of Paris Descartes and then, to more than 5 000 sqm in the Marais (4th arrondissement), provided by the City of Paris.

The new CRI Campus is located at 8-10 rue Charles V. The campus is currently under renovation in order to become a real college, comparable to Oxford or Cambridge colleges, a reference place for learning by research approach.

The new CRI building will host classrooms, research laboratories, technical platforms, and creative and exchange places. All in all the building would welcome 700 people at the same time with a amphitheater for 150 people and a lounge for 100 people and a learning center for 200 people.

A collaborative process is in progress with all the CRI people, students, staff, researchers, teacher, etc. in order to create an innovative building and rethink the teaching, learning and working modalities encouraging the co-creation. This campus should allow people to flourish within a new environment dedicated to research and learning.
