As Global Policy Lead for Ocean Conservancy’s Global Ghost Gear Initiative, Hannah provides technical guidance and expertise for GGGI’s policy and advocacy work. This includes working with government members on their national and international policies for managing fishing and aquaculture gear, leading government roundtables, providing technical guidance on various policy interventions such as the international legally binding instrument for plastic pollution and speaking engagements at high-level policy events. She also leads a number of GGGI’s signature projects and is responsible for the development of a number of GGGI technical reports and knowledge products.
