The Cresskill English as a Second Language Program

Spring is coming!

Spring is coming.! Many standardized tests are given in the spring. We will be administering our spring ESL testing the last two weeks in March 2022. This is called the ACCESS for ELLs. All ESL students K-12 will take this language proficiency test. We use this test to measure the growth of our ELLs, as well as to determine if they are ready to exit the program. You will be notified of the results of this test by the end of June or the beginning of July. Some ESL students will be taking the NJSLA. If you would like more information about the NJSLA, please email your child's ESL teacher.
