• How do I get started with implementing the program? 

  • Attend the training session provided by your School Relationship Manager (SRM). Assign roles for the Bankee team at your school. Set up all resources sent in the onboarding box. Train all teachers and students.

• What roles are available for students?

  • Bank teller, store manager, team leader, ambassador, radio host etc

• Can I customize the roles or classroom setup?

  • Yes, as long as paychecks are given once the job is completed.

• How often should I run Bankee activities?

  • Whenever you have an event that can be easily tied with the program. In addition to the activity boxes that are provided by the Bankee team , which will be activated once a month.

• How do students earn and spend their classroom currency?

  • Through bonuses and paychecks. They spend their money on toys, privileges, events or activities tied to the program.

• What materials do I need?

  • All resources and materials are provided by the Bankee management team. There is no need for teachers to use their own resources.

• How is financial literacy taught through this system?

  • Earning through work, saving vs. spending, responsibility and delayed gratification

• Do I need to track student performance or spending?

  • Basic tracking is encouraged. Everything is reflected on the system. Bankee teachers should be responsible for tracking and monitoring the effectiveness and implementation of the program.

• Is training provided for teachers?

  • Yes, an SRM (School Relationship Manager) will guide you through the implementation process and provide ongoing support.

• What support do I get throughout the year?

  • Regular check-ins from your SRM, access to teaching/training resources, replenishment of toys for the bankee store, additional training if needed (by the SRM), extra activities provided for students.

• Can we involve parents?

  • Yes, the bankee management team will provide resources such as flyers and videos that explain the program to the parents.

من خلال المكافآت والرواتب. ويقومون بإنفاق أموالهم على الألعاب، والامتيازات، والفعاليات أو الأنشطة المرتبطة بالبرنامج

ما هي المواد التي أحتاجها؟

ما هو الدعم الذي أحصل عليه طوال العام؟

متابعة دورية من مدير علاقة المدرسة، الوصول إلى موارد تعليمية وتدريبية، تزويد متجر بنكِي بالألعاب عند الحاجة، توفير تدريب إضافي عند الطلب (من قبل SRM)، وأنشطة إضافية للطلاب.
