Virtual Meeting Etiquette

1. Use the Official Email Address provided by the school for Attendance, also to be recognized.

2. Prepare a Quiet Area to Set Up Your Computer

3. Test Your Camera and Microphone Before the Meeting Begins

4. Turn On you Camera unless your signal is weak.

5. Mute Your Mic When You’re Not Talking

If you’re gearing up to talk, waiting for a couple of seconds after the previous speaker stops talking to account for potential lag.
