Volunteer Role Descriptions
Meeting Volunteer Roles
Please let the Rep In Charge of the Meeting know if you are willing to volunteer for any of the following roles.
Large Group Facilitator (LGF)
You can be the Large Group Facilitator after you have been attending Changes for two months, and it is an easy way to start to give back. There is no training necessary. You download and print the script for the meeting you are volunteering for, from the Mtg Scripts and Forms tab of this bulletin, and read it during the meeting. You can volunteer during the when volunteers are asked for during the meeting welcome or by signing up on the 2025 Meeting Volunteers Sign-Up Sheet above. You can volunteer for this role as often as you like.
Presenter
Presenting to our membership is a great way to give back and get clearer on a topic. It's a win-win! We have prepared PowerPoint Presentations on various Changes topics that can be used, or you can recommend a topic that is pertinent to our membership. While presenting, it's helpful to share your personal experience related to the presentation; this helps everyone grow in their understanding of the topic. Speak to the Volunteer Coordinator (above) if you would like to be a presenter. Further information on presentation guidelines: Presentation Guidelines
