General Meeting Information
Meeting starts promptly at specified times that are listed. The waiting room will be open 15 minutes prior if you want to make sure you are connected with both camera and microphone.
Handouts for all 101 presentations are available at www.cpsn.org in the members section, passcode is "cpsn96"
It is important for your success to attend Small Group and Wrap Up for one meeting per week. But if you attend an additional meeting that week to hear the presentation, you can choose to stay just for the presentation and then leave the meeting if you like. Just message the Zoom host privately, in the chat, that you are not staying for Small Group

Zoom Tips and Help
Joining a Meeting
After clicking on the Meeting Zoom Link of your choice, you will be directed to the "Waiting Room" to secure our virtual meeting. The Host will only admit Changes Members or approved guests.
When joining, please mute your microphone, and please stay muted unless you are speaking. You can do so by clicking on the microphone at the bottom left of your page. A red line through the microphone indicates that you are muted. Click on it again if you want to speak.
Connectivity Issues
If you are having difficulty with your connection (You might get a message like "your internet has become unstable"), you can try disabling your video feed, which might help with the audio.

How to Use the Chat Feature
You can send a chat message to all participants in the meeting or privately to specific individuals.
NOTE: When you enter a meeting, any messages posted in chat prior to you joining the meeting are not visible to you in the chat panel.

Note: You will continue to chat with that person until you select someone else you want to chat with or click Everyone (In Meeting) to message the whole group. Be aware of who you have selected to chat with, so personal chats do not go to everyone in the meeting.
Changing Your Zoom View
At any point during a meeting, you can switch your view by hovering on the top right of your screen, selecting View, and selecting the view you want.
If you minimize the Zoom program, you will see a small floating thumbnail view of the Zoom window appear on your screen. You can click the double arrows to return to the normal Zoom view.
For more information, visit the Zoom Support page for changing the video layout (Links to an external site.).
Raising Your Hand
You can virtually raise your hand during a Zoom call to signal that you have a question, comment, or just need to be acknowledged.
To raise your hand in Zoom's desktop app, click the "Raise Hand" button in the "Participants" tab.
In the mobile app, you can raise your hand by tapping the "React" icon and the "Raise Hand" option.
If you later change your mind about raising your hand, you can lower it by clicking "Lower Hand."
