CRLS School Counseling Vision Statement

All students from the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (CRLS) recognize, appreciate and thrive in diverse environments. CRLS students realize their individual capacity for success; they foster a growth mindset and actively seek new and challenging experiences to develop a multicultural perspective. Through participation in the CRLS comprehensive school counseling program, our students are resilient and independent self-advocates who master the knowledge and skills necessary to devise and achieve postsecondary goals, adapt in the face of adversity, and continue a lifelong path of personal and professional growth. Our students are employed or are on track to be employed in a career that matches their interests, abilities, and values; and, are positive, productive, contributing members of their community.
