Instrument Selection

Read Carefully!!!!

Our goal is ensure that every student receives an instrument that they will like and will have success playing.  We strive to make sure that every student gets their first or second choice instrument and, in some cases, a similar instrument within their first/second choice instrument family (i.e., violin instead of cello).

You are only allowed to complete the quiz once and will be unable to make changes once it is submitted.  

You must use your CPSD email/Google account when completing the Instrument Selection Form!!!
