Tony Aguero describes his current work, titled The Pandemico Project, as a "ongoing expression of a world in crisis" and in it he explores societal issues of today including the COVID-19 pandemic, police brutality, changing racial landscapes, and environmental issues. Students looked specifically at examples of how a selection of his works incorporated visual clues relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
