Please be sure to have the following information ready:
Asset Tag is affixed to the device. The tag will display the CPS logo and includes a barcode with an 8-digit asset number.
Device Serial Number can be found on the bottom chassis of the device. If this tag is damaged or obscured, and the Chromebook is bootable, press Alt+V at the login screen to display the device serial number on screen.
Device Make/Model can also be found on the bottom of the device chassis.
Please be specific about the issue that you are experiencing. The more descriptive your explanation, the faster troubleshooting can get underway.
Be sure to share any error messages or codes with the representative. Also share all of the troubleshooting steps that have already been attempted.
