As a public school, we are subject to the guidelines set-forth by the State of Washington and OSPI. While the end of the 2019-20 school year did not have strict attendance requirements, this year is very different. This does not mean that 'Davis Live' cannot be flexible in some way, shape or form. As teachers (and parents ourselves), we understand the burden Distance Learning has placed on all families, and we know every family situation is unique. The most important thing is to stay connected; please talk with your child's teacher about your unique situation so that we can ensure our approach to distance learning may be a successful experience for everyone.

In the event that a child becomes disengaged from the virtual learning environment, our staff will work hard to intervene and learn how we may help his/her family find a solution to regularly attend.
