To enhance and develop the skills of teachers and school heads and examine personal experiences and views of teaching and learning and the impact of theories of learning on classroom practices and the entirety of the school campus. The course also includes discussion of the relationship between pedagogy, classroom management, current trends, student involvement, guiding principles, inclusive approach, and leadership.  This course provides a critical investigation of approaches associated with classroom teaching and learning practices, crossing boundaries between education, history, and philosophy. The course draws on a range of cultural and societal perspectives to encourage students to explore contemporary approaches to the impact of teacher beliefs and practice on educational outcomes for students. Participants are encouraged to develop their understanding and analysis of contemporary theories of educational approaches in relation to their own experiences and perspectives.
