PE Homework Challenge of the Month
Complete this circuit 2 to 3 times a week for the month of January.
TV Challenge: While you are watching TV complete this workout circuit during commercial breaks. You can also complete this circuit outside or in a safe area anytime of the day. Try not to take breaks during the circuit and quickly transition from one exercise to the next. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes before starting the circuit over again.
January Fitness Circuit
- 25 Star Jumps
- Hold a Wall Sit for 1 min
- Modified Push-Ups (on knees) for 1 min
- 25 Toe Taps (Lay on back with legs up, reach and touch toes with both hands)
- 25 Squat Jumps
- 25 Superman/Bananas
- Tricep Dips for 1 min
Rest for 1 to 2 min
Repeat this circuit 3-4 times OR at every commercial break.
*Remember to get 60 minutes of physical activity everyday! Include this workout in your daily physical activity goal. The days that you do not complete the circuit be active for 60 minutes. Ex. Running, Biking or Briskly Walking.
*Remember to stretch all muscle groups before and after the fitness circuit.
